The idea behind Guardian Shield 13, LLC was conceived several years ago when a group of federal, state, city and county law enforcement officers were conversing about the need for a business that could provide a wide array of services associated with protection and security. These individuals also realized that when it came to protection and security, most people wanted the best protection and security, and the services being provided by the best individuals and technology possible.
In 2014, still seeing a void in businesses that could provide this, Guardian Shield 13, LLC was formed and accepted by the State of Nebraska in early 2015. Subsequently, the name GS 13 Protection and Security became synonymous with the company, and it was decided to be used in conjunction with Guardian Shield 13, LLC.

Among his many qualifications, he has had experience as a federal air marshal after 9/11, protecting the president and executives on several details, international and national money laundering investigations as a special agent with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, government infrastructure security, instructor experience at several local and federal academies and was a member of a SWAT unit and a Treasury SRT team. Along with these credentials he has instructed many classes in self-defense, threat awareness, use of force issues, financial crimes, drug enforcement and gang awareness to several government agencies and civic organizations. He also sits on several government advisory committees, associations and university oversight boards.
